Online Bicycle Purchases

Bicycles purchased online are shipped partially assembled and require professional assembly. Proof of assembly (receipt) from a qualified bicycle retailer must be submitted with all warranty claims. Any claims submitted without a proof of assembly will be rejected.

Fairdale Frameset 5 Year Limited Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, or any kind of general wear and tear. While we are happy to accept responsibility for any mistakes we might make while building the frameset, you will have to be responsible for damage to the frameset caused by you.

This warranty does not cover the finish of the bicycle under any circumstances. Modifying the frameset, outside of cutting the fork’s steerer tube to size, will void the warranty.

Fairdale Component 1 Year Limited Warranty

Fairdale guarantees components to be free of manufacturer’s defects for one year from the original date of purchase. Essentially, if something is damaged because it was made wrong we will take care of it by fixing or replacing it. This warranty is specific to manufacturer’s defects only. It does not cover wear, finish, improperly installed or poorly maintained products. We will not be responsible for any damage brought on by your actions with the bicycle.

Translucent and Raw Finishes Are Not Covered By Warranty

Raw and translucent paint finishes can be prone to surface rusting in damp environments. Bicycles should be stored indoors.

Complete Bike Returns and Refunds

30 day return policy for bicycles purchased online. Must have proof of professional assembly and disassembly to qualify. Customer is responsible for shipping and assembly fees.

The Ridgemont is a simple bike. That’s a good thing. You won’t find finicky technology that needs constant adjustment, or a saddle position based on aerodynamic studies. Instead, you will find a bike designed to “just go for a ride”.

The Ridgemont will remind you that balancing on two wheels can feel magical.

The Ridgemont is user-friendly and ultra-durable with its BMX style stem and bars, and it's ready to cruise around town with its 8-speed drivetrain. All-new for this year are the Ridgemont's 27.5”wheels and tires that are made to soak up the bumps and turn up the fun meter.

Matte Black is available in Small/Medium and Medium/Large.
Sage Green is available in Small/Medium and Medium/Large.
